I attended CaptureOne Part 1 soon after getting the software which provided a great intro to the new software. The course was delivered over Zoom by Ricci and Neil and started with the basic controls of the camera, before going into the menus and recommended settings for most purposes. They explained about the autofocus system and different focussing modes as well as the advantages of the three user modes, and how to update the camera's firmware. There was a lot of useful information and hints and I have signed up for Part 2.

Having made the jump from the D750, a fantastic workhorse, to the Z7ii I wanted to hit the ground running and delve straight into the Z7ii menus to ensure I could make a smooth transition into the different operating system of a mirrorless camera. This course diffused all worries I may have had by methodically explaining the new advantages and capabilities of the mirrorless system with an easy to follow online presentation and live on the spot answers to questions. A great investment!

Being somone who uses Photoshop Elements just to make slight adjustments I found the course very informative and can see me moving over to the Nikon software as a matter of course, I found out what those 'mystery' buttons do and it was two hours very well spent, like all the courses I have done it was well presented and pitched at just the right level - I'll be back!
