My one-to-one course with Ricci was really helpful in helping me to understand more about my D7500. Ricci talked through all the areas that I wasn't confident with. I enjoyed the course for what it did and did not do. It did not try to sell the tour by showing photos of happy, if cold, photographers shooting, drinking, eating or in saunas! It was very useful in showing what you can actually see in Greenland, how to approach the subjects, hardware to use and what settings Joe actually employed. It was an inclusive chat rather than lecture and as such succeeded very well. I specifically took not of his infinity shooting comments. very illuminating!

Having moved up the road to County Durham recently - the Yorkshire Dales really isn't that far away from me so for me this course was perfect. It has showed me places where I can just go and have a wander around without any pressure of not knowing the area. I am going to book onto the tour that Neil does as well once it is all up and running again.

I started this course with a complete fear of the unknown as I have avoided using speedlights because I didn't understand the technical side of them. Now I've done this course I have ordered one and now have a grasp of how to use it. So once it arrives I will have a go and see what I can do. Not having used Zoom or attended a virtual event before I wasn’t sure what to expect and was pleasantly surprised. The access to the course was easy and straightforward through an email link sent from Nikon after registering. Once connected the tuition was clear and flowed nicely with good information about the basic camera functions and how they can be used. Both tutors interacted well and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and learnt useful information about photography.
