I was unsure whether to book, as it was pretty far from where I live - but it was definitely worth the trip, and the location was stunning.
All the trainers were really friendly, and great at sharing their knowledge. I went from constant blurry bird photos, with missing heads and wings to getting a crisp photo of a kestrel in flight the day after the course!
Thank you Nikon School for helping me to finally feel confident using my camera!

This was another stunning day with Nikon School. Clear joining instructions and updates regarding start time. Numbers kept to a sensible group size and superb access to the Gannet feeding grounds just off Bempton Cliffs. The addition of Rachel to provide her extensive seabird knowledge brings far more to the experience - the combination of Neil & Rachel a real winner for the day.
As always the specialist knowledge of Nikon cameras and equipment makes these courses a must for Nikon users.

Neil and Ricci gave comprehensive answers to a range of questions which had either been submitted in advance or through the Zoom chat on the evening. Their knowledge of and advice about Nikon products and photography makes the Nikon After School Club a very informative evening.

My first opportunity to join the after school club. Interesting, informative if you have any questions, helpful for any issues you may wish to discuss. Plenty of opportunities for discussion afforded.

This course is a must to anybody who is new to the Z Series cameras and who wants to get the best from their gear. The pace of the course was perfect for me. All questions were answered clearly and honestly. Ricci was extremely helpful. The whole experience was an absolute pleasure.

For me the boat trip was the bit I wanted to most, very well organised and well worth the cost, to learn how to photograph sea birds. As always, I watch and learn before picking up the camera, something that has always paid dividends for me. However I gain a lot of knowledge on my Z9 which I only had 10 days ago at this point.

The workshop on photographing dogs on the vulnerable dog breed list was an extraordinary experience. Neil was highly knowledgeable and passionate about both photography and canine welfare. He provided invaluable insights into capturing the essence of these vulnerable breeds through their lenses. The workshop perfectly balanced theory and practical sessions, allowing participants to apply their newfound skills immediately. I left the workshop feeling inspired.

Very well run and fun day with Neil able to give advice and demonstrate how to set up camera. He is a great teacher inspirational and happy to answer any question however trivial with honesty and integrity the venue was great and we were welcomed by the kennel club and made to feel at home the dog owners were delightful and nothing seemed to much for them only complaint was it went too quickly

The Nikon School workshop at RSPB Bempton Cliffs was an absolute delight! Expert instructors, stunning location, and top-notch equipment made this experience exceptional. Learning ethical wildlife photography and capturing breathtaking images of coastal seabirds was truly inspiring. Highly recommended for anyone passionate about nature photography!

Ricci really helped me understand key differences between D7500 and recently acquired D850, and greatly improved my confidence to get out there and start shooting!
